We collect information you provide when submitting a filing: USDOT number, business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, and operational data required for the MCS-150 form. Federal EIN / SSN is collected solely for filing purposes and is stored securely; it is never transmitted to third-party payment processors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to complete the requested FMCSA filing, send order confirmations, and provide customer support. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
4. Data Retention
Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by emailing us.
