1. Service Description

We prepare and submit MCS-150 Biennial Update filings on behalf of motor carriers using information provided by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted.

2. No Government Affiliation

FastMCS150Filing.com is an independent commercial service. Customers may file directly with the FMCSA at no charge at fmcsa.dot.gov.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed on the filing page and are subject to change without notice.

4. Accuracy of Information

By submitting this form, you certify under penalty of perjury that the information provided is true and accurate. Cryp Solutions LLC is not liable for filings based on inaccurate customer-supplied data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for FMCSA processing delays, rejections, or penalties.
