Same-Day Filings
Because MCS-150 filings are submitted to the FMCSA on the same business day as payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a filing has been submitted. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of payment at support@fastmcs150filing.com and we will do our best to stop the filing before submission.
Errors in Your Submission
If an error in your filing was caused by information you provided, we will refile at a reduced fee. If the error was caused by us, we will refile at no charge.
Duplicate Payments
If you were charged more than once for the same filing, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
